The following is the detail description of the committee you might be interested in:
Architectural
With an eye to integration, this committee will review the aesthetics of our community with regard to, but not restricted to: paint colors for houses and driveways, textural material elements, such as pavers, roofing replacement materials, landscaping, and other such design elements that will affect the overall unification of our community. This committee will accomplish this while still leaving room for, and encouraging individual preferences within these established guidelines for our community. This committee is accountable to, and reports directly to, the Board of Directors.
